Welcome to my website and to my world of champagne.  I’m delighted to have you as my guest. Here I hope you will discover the spirit of champagne - its lively,  playful, beguiling, magnificent spirit that has been at the heart of my life’s work.

There is much to enjoy – and especially champagne as a versatile food wine. The delights of matching food and champagne are accessible to everyone. Please join me at  my champagne dinners or come along to one of the many classes I conduct through the year for a memorable experience.

My exciting news is the release of my first book, Champagne & Chandeliers: Grand Dining Occasions. It celebrates the many things I love about champagne in stories, dinners and tastings. It took me five years to research and write,  but it’s really been writing itself for twenty-five years. That’s how long champagne has been my career.

I am fortunate to have found the subject that inspires me. I hope you let me inspire you, in turn.
